IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applicants are asked to please check their passports carefully BEFORE applying for a new TRV to ensure that they do not have a valid TRV already. (A valid TRV is one that has not expired.)
This office will not refund a processing fee if an initial evaluation of the TRV application has begun. An initial evaluation has started after a complete application and the fee has been received, and processing has commenced. In the case where an applicant has applied for a multiple entry visa, if all requirements have been met, we will cancel any valid Canadian TRV already affixed to the passport and issue a new TRV.
It only takes a short time to check your passport to ensure that you are not applying unnecessarily for a new TRV. Please do so before submitting your application.
There will be no exceptions to this policy. |
