Processing Times
In most cases, Temporary Resident Visas may be collected between 14:00 and 16:00, the next working day after submission of the application. On Friday, the collection time is 08:30 to 11:00 (for applications submitted on Thursday).
Please note that you should submit your Temporary Resident Visa application as early as possible to avoid any disappointments should delays occur in processing your application. Therefore, applications should not be submitted to our office at the last minute.
If additional documents or a personal interview are required, you will be notified at the time of collection.
