Correct application fee.
Proof of funds – see details in “Taipei Specific Instructions” on website.
Passport – Your passport and a completed return slip for Taiwan Post’s SpeedPost.
If you are a returning student, you should submit your old study permit.
For children under 18 years of age whose parents are not accompanying, completed
“Custodian Declaration – 1) Parents/Guardians and 2) Custodian.”
Two (2) photos for each person, meeting the requirements of the Photo Specifications (see our website). On the back of one photo (and only one) in each set, write the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo.
Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) (if applicable)
If studying in Québec, provide evidence of a valid “Certificat d’acceptation du Québec” (CAQ)
