Who you are (Applicant; Authorised Representative; Designated Individual)
The subject of your message
Full Name (SURNAME, Given names)
Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
Enquiry Type (specfiy the IEC Category)
World Tracking Number (if you have one) - 13 characters (should be: TAIPEI – TW - ## - XXX - #)
When doing so, categorize and separate your questions as below in order to ensure that they are sent to the correct mailbox
