Notice is hereby given of a competition to staff the permanent position of Receptionist

Essential Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of Senior High School required and University degree preferred
  • Relevant working experience in private or public sectors
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Experience in client services and dealing with public
  • Good computer skills including experience with word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and presentation software          

Asset Qualifications:

  • University’s degree
  • Previous working experience at the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei, or study or work in Canada
  • Previous experience as Receptionist
  • Fluency in written and spoken French
  • Fluency in oral Taiwanese

Candidates’ experience and knowledge will be assessed, including:

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in dealing with general public
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgement, set priorities, organize, multi-task, and to work under pressure
  • Sense of cooperation and a good team player
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Successful applicant will begin work on October 3rd, 2016. Starting salary is NT$39,795 per month with a 4.5-day work week and a competitive benefit package.
