Term Employment Opportunity – Receptionist

Notice is hereby given of a competition to staff the term position of Receptionist


Essential Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of Senior High School required and University degree preferred
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Experience in client services and dealing with public
  • Good computer skills including experience with word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail and presentation software                   


Asset Qualifications:

  • University’s degree
  • Previous work experience at the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei, or study or work in Canada
  • Previous work experience as Receptionist
  • Fluency in oral Taiwanese
  • Fluency in written and spoken French


Candidates’ experience and knowledge will be assessed, including:

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in dealing with general public
  • Ability to set priorities, organize, multi-task, and to work under pressure

Successful applicant will begin work on July 4th, 2017. The contract period is subject to changes. Starting salary is NT$39,795 per month with a 4.5-day work week (37.5 hours) and a competitive benefit package.
